Kent County Crime Watch  of Delaware

The Kent County Crime Watch of Delaware is a non-profit county-wide crime prevention program funded by Kent County Levy Court grants and public donations.

Our purpose is to provide technical assistance and resources to Kent County towns, communities, and neighborhoods to help establish and support Neighborhood Watch programs.

We serve as an advocate for our members, working together with the Delaware State Police and local police departments, to help reduce crime, promote safety, and improve the quality of life within Kent County.

We maintain various forums to help our members address the needs and concerns of their community as they strive to promote personal safety, crime prevention, and reduction and make Kent County a better place to live.

Not sure whether to call 911?

If you’re not sure whether to call, it is better to be safe; call 9-1-1. Never be afraid to dial 9-1-1 because of uncertainty. If you are involved in an accident or medical emergency or are a witness to one, call 911. If you don’t feel safe or you see a crime in progress, seek safety at a well-lighted place with other people, such as a gas station, store, or busy intersection, and call 911.

Please remain in a safe area and wait for responding emergency personnel.
